Forest Glen Utility is a subsidiary of BVRT Utility Holding Company (BVRT). BVRT recognizes a real and urgent need for developing new models to rebuild and create new water resources and infrastructure. Models that satisfy the needs for sustainable water resources and enhance the economic and environmental vitality of communities in central Texas.

Forest Glen Utility is managed and operated by Operations & Maintenance Management Services Company, LLC (OMMS). OMMS is a local, Texas-based company situated in the heart of Central Texas. OMMS is dedicated to its customers and clients by focusing on water and wastewater systems’ operations and maintenance (O&M) in areas where cities cannot provide services. The OMMS Team comprises licensed professionals with more than 60 years of combined experience in all facets of the water and wastewater industry, including reclaimed water systems.
